Open Waters for Winter Fishing

The Upper Andro Anglers Alliance blog has a list of open waters for winter fishing—a helpful service in this season of thin ice. Tom Remington adds an admonition for winter anglers.
Officials warn of the dangers being around open water this time of year. Ice along banks and boat launches can be treacherous, rocks iced over are slippery and a “polar bear” plunge into 30s degree water can not only be dampening, it can be deadly. [Link]
