Downeast Roadside Rx

This isn't really the season for it, but Downeast Roadside Rx provides some advice on curing what ails you with what's underfoot.
You can't walk anywhere in Maine without seeing bearberry, or Uva ursi. It has long been used - and still is - as a diuretic and urinary tract antiseptic. Was also used in past for bronchitis, gallstones, gonorrhea, and to stop bleeding. [Link]
